That was miserable. Slept awesome last night, felt great before this and wanted to do 10 @ 6:40 pace or so. After 5 miles, I was toast. I probably sweat the most I ever have on a run. My heart rate was through the roof. Just jogged it in, then drove to a park to do some barefoot 150’s but the ground was super uneven and wasn’t 150 meters long so just did about 5, 60-60 meter sprints. Will go really slow tomorrow and will not run any later than 7am.
It was a real feel of 95 on my run and it’s currently a real feel of 99 at noon rn.
