Awful. Definitely under the weather with something. No doubt about that. 8 months ago, I could have held those 1 min rep paces for 26 miles. Struggled. The workout was supposed to be 20-26 min carpenter run which is 10-13x 1on 1 off. Last week I averaged 4:40’s in hotter weather. This week, 5:20’s were all I could manage.
