Time Trial- 14:28 solo on a bike path in SC. Went live for it. PR for me. Total time for 5.03k was 14:34. Felt great. Went through half way in 7:11 and then kinda locked up the last mile! Praise God! 😃
Important notes. Easy mileage, no strides the day before. 6 mid run strides in morning of shakeout. Cytocarb 1.5-2hrs before. Caffeine 7 hours before. Bai electrolytes, reflexive performance reset before warm-up, rolled out before warm-up
