Fun workout today with Spitz. 3x1k, 3x400, 2x150. Felt smooth the whole time and felt strong. Goal: 3:16, 3:08, 3:00, 68, 68, 68, fast 150’s. Actual: 3:14, 3:05, 2:58, 65, 65, 64, fast 150’s! Spitz’s fault on the 400’s haha! MONSTER.
