Notes

Nice workout today. Felt relaxed the whole time and did my best to hit my paces but I didn't have a GPS on it so I just went on feel. The workout was 6-8 reps of 3 mins up and 2 mins down. The first few reps were supposed to be at thresh and then by the end work it down to 5k pace so that's what I did. Did 7 total and could have done 8 still feeling pretty comfortable. Not saying that I didn't get out of my comfort zone because I did, but i feel like I did the workout right. Lifting, form drills. Excited for this weekend.
