Notes

Short and sweet workout before my 1500 at Cornell on Thursday. It was snowing out but fortunately the track was clear, with some puddles here and there. Felt strong the whole time. The 800's were probably the toughest part. 1k- 3:14, 800- 2:20, 400- 67, 1k- 3:13, 800- 2:20, 400- 67. Got out a little fast on some reps but it worked out perfectly in the end because we hit our paces almost exactly. 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 2 mins rest respectively. MONSTER.
