I have a little pact going that each time I visit my sister in Memphis, I run on the GreenLine trail which is a trail that runs through Shelby Farms. It’s always really pretty. Mostly flat bike path and then it takes you by some lakes and buffaloes and whatnot. The trail was HAPPENING today. Saw some college kids out there too. Felt mostly good, lots of sweat, took off my shoes and ran barefoot for awhile in the grass bc my shoes and socks were drenched. Nothing new for this southern summer haha headed to church now and then an 8 hour car drive home
