Motivated by some fast guys doing 100s, 200s, and 300s on the track and some other folks. Track was busy.

Felt like lunch may be an issue for the first 4 reps, but it got better after that.

Lunch was at 2pm. Drank some decaf coffee and had some gummy bears after that. Had water on me for after the warm-up and about half way through the workout, which helped.
