Includes w-u, ABCs, 3" rests, and c-d. Would have liked to keep them all under 7mpm, but it was warm and humid (80°F, 76°F dew point) again, so I'm not going to give myself too hard of a time about it.
With 4.5% to 6.0% pace adjustment, that would be 6:35-6:40s, which is more like it.
