Good day today. I am very happy about today but not satisfied I feel like there more I could’ve done or got from the race. The fitness is starting to show and our team is getting better, Sam had a good race. I am very proud of him for what he has done in the past year. He reminds me of me my sophomore year because I can see the passion in his eyes. I feel the same way about park, I can see him having a really good year in track this year. There is a bright future for those two🙌🏿. I am feel more motivated to get that sub 16 than ever....
