Sup boys and girls or whoever reading the this. Today I start my new training for college xc. If you didn’t know I am going to run for western Illinois university. Hopefully I can have a freshman year because my senior season was completely canceled. I am very excited to get back to running again because my coach told me to take a week off. This week is basically just getting back into running slowly and building base.
