Very good run today. As usual for a good Thursday run, I can credit the Golden Corral carrot cake the night before. All miles under 9 minutes: check. At least one mile under 8 minutes: check. Only goal left: average pace under 8 minutes/miles. Getting there! For some reason, my back didn't hurt during this run.
