warm and humid, slow(ish) course - long grass, many turns
after the warmup I knew I had to ease into the 1st mile,
in 2nd mile I ended up in front of the second pack,
with no chance to catch the fast guys
and nobody pushing me, I gave
up on time and ran for place,
disappointing,
picked it up near the end, happy with that
new course was OK, still had a XC vibe,
lots of turns - incl. 3 separate 180 deg turns,
