Felt that I hadn't really done any quality since Boston. Drove up with Spinney, Goose and Mike Platt. Started a bit further back and was behind a lot of people the first mile. I did get to pass a lot of people on the course and overall pleased with my stats. Looked at results from 2009 and I was about 20 seconds faster this year.
