Notes
This was a tough course. I used it a gauge for the marathon. Came 3rd in age group, 3 places ahead of Jon Waldron who was 3pts ahead of me. Now I am in joint first place in AG with one race to go. Now I have to finish the marathon and hope that Martin doesn't beat me by more than 3 places.
Went out conservatively and good thing too. itlooks like my splits were pretty even throughout. Ran most of the race alone. Was happy when I saw Jim Garcia with about 4 miles to go, I knew I could pass him. At that point I just decided to cruise in.
