About me: My goals for 2010 are:
- to run 1500 miles and
- to set 10k and HM PRs

Why do I run: Because it gives me data to put into spreadsheets |
Why I started running: For general fitness. In April 2005, after a cholesterol test, my Doctor told me to do exercise more. I started on the treadmill in the basement. After a 10k in November 2005, I was hooked. |
