28y old homedad. I used to play and coach rugby (union) 6 days a week. Hate being out of breath when i carry my 6 month old daughter up the stairs. So i decided to do something about it.

To get fit. To lose weight. To have fun.
|Why I started running:
To get fit again. Even when playing rugby i used running to relieve stress, to get fitter and better than my opponent and most importantly: for fun. I LOVED fartlek training. Can't think of anything more fun outdoors than running through a wood with mud all over my legs.
