50 Slalom burpees at start
Pick up a 6lb (4lb for women) brick to carry for the entire marked course (until the cinderblock).
Note
3x 50' reverse lunges with 50lb.(30lb for women) cinderblock
Note
After descent, 50 air squats and 30 hand-release pushups.
Don't loose your brick.
Note
30 burpee box jumps (onto variable height log benches)

After block thrusters, 300 reps jump-rope and one final trip thru the slalom course back to the finish line.

After reverse lunges, 50x Cinderblock squat thrusts. No more bricks or masonry of any kind.
