The Frederick Women's Distance Festival is organized by the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club as part of the RRCA Women's Distance Festival Series. Proceeds benefit the Women's Giving Circle of Frederick County.
EVENTS:
5k Run/Walk: the main event, a race held on a certified 5k course. Short-Sleeved Tech shirt included in registration fee.
Little Women 1k Fun Run: a short, non-competitive event for our younger runners. Parents are welcome to accompany the little girls (no registration required for adult companions) and strollers are allowed. Very cute cotton t-shirt and finishers' medal included in registration fee.
TEAMS
Participants in the 5k may optionally register as part of a team. Runners registering as part of a team are also eligible for awards in the individual competition.

Registrants who wish to participate in the team competition must provide the team name and team category during registration. Teams must register during the online registration period. No team additions will be processed during packet pickup or on race day.
