After almost a year of having health problems and my liver numbers being high...all is calm. I started back running 2 months ago and am back up to 2 miles. It is harder this time and taking me longer to improve but I am doing it regardless.

In July it'll be 18 years since my transplant.

Hey, sounds good -- congrats on the patience and the positive direction!

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

It's good to hear that you're back out and running. Take it slow and have fun. I have a lousy cold myslef. I skipped running yesterday.
