Surprise, first 30 mile week (Read 543 times)

Didn't realize it until this morning when I logged today's run but I hit over 33 miles last week. Saturday I did a 9.5 mile long run with a new running club I joined and felt good on Sunday so I ran again, 5.2 miles. It's weird. Not sure what's going on. At the end of my long run I felt like I could run a few more miles. My 5 mile tempo run Sunday started as a 3 mile easy run but I just felt really good and decided to open it up a bit. Really surprised myself. Big grin

MTA: Just realized that August was my first 100 mile month too. I'm freaking myself out.
