New Walk Entry?? (Read 454 times)


Climbing Mt Ruapehu

    Could be good to have a walk entry option especially for us hard out hiker types!  eg recently did a 15 hour hike, 36km and 2600 vertical metres. Definitely a significant piece of exercise but dont want to put it in as a run to disturb pace stats for running.  Walk option could just be exactly the same as the run one or include info such as

     

    Distance

    Time

    Vertical Ascent

    Track type

     

    etc :-)

      Click Options in the upper right part of your screen and then choose Manage My Activities. You can then add any sort of workout type you want.

      When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

          I added walking as one of my running types, which you can also do in the options, but it works either way.

           

          Napping on the other hand, that's one of the "activities" I added.  I haven't been very good about recording them lately though...I need to start doing a better job at that.
