My wife got me a new Garmin FR410 for Christmas 2012 and I am still using it with no issues. Ran 5000 miles including 7 1/2 marathons . Only thing I changed was the heart rate monitor cause I didn't like those chest straps. ( went with http://www.scosche.com/rhythm-plus-heart-rate-monitor-armband ) The reason I started putting runs here is because Connect.garmin.com requires garmin watches to upload runs and this site accepts all watches. I thought it would make it easier if I decided to switch to another brand. When my runs go to Garmin's site they are automatically sync-ed here. I will most likely switch to a garmin watch with a built in Heart rate monitor but still waiting for this old watch to die but it keeps going!
