Eric,
First of all let me congratulate you on a fantastic site. They energy and passion you have on the site truly shows.
Now, I have been using EXCEL since early 1999 to log all my runs, including PB's and funs runs I have entered along the way. All I have been entering is distance and time. Pretty basic data. If there a way a smart way of being able to upload all those run entries into your web site, without doing over 1000 manual individual entries. Any assistance would be appreciated.
