Not Able to Get Into Another User's Log (Read 448 times)

I have a cousin with a log that requires a password.  I have been checking in on her log over the past few months with no problem.  For the past week, whenever I input the password for her log, I get bounced back out to the user directory rather than to her log.  I'm not doing anything different than before and i checked with her to make sure that her log was still working and the password hadn't changed.
