RunningAHEAD - Topic: Anyone running the Half at the Hamptons?

I ran this race last year and again last fall when they added that one. It's a great course, pretty much flat ( compared to where I ususally run ) and always has beer after the finish Big grin

I've been debating whether to throw in again or not. DW doesn't want to, and it is Daytona that day as well so....

I was back and forth on this one and decided against it this year because I wanted to train an extra month and will be going to New Bedford 1/2 in March...... This looks great, but I didn't think I would quite be ready by this coming Sunday.........probably next year, because I'd really like to run that course - flat and it should be a pretty fast course..

Considered it. I am doing another half the first of March. The weather was an issue with me as well. It's a drive and it's the day before my birthday and we always get snow or ice on my birthday. I kind of wish I had now though.
