I have a training plan integrated with my calendar, but have had to skip some training runs due to injury. How do I remove them from my training calendar?
You can delete the entries from your plan, or you can (and should) leave the entries alone to indicate that you planned to do those workouts but didn't.
I see -- I guess that's what it means when it turns grey? As long as it doesn't mess up my totals, I'm good with leaving it.
