From Milford to Hopkinton on Marathon day (Read 136 times)

Hi:
I was wondering what South St. from Milford Ma. to the South St. Industrial park is like on Boston marathon race day? Is it backed up with traffic? Can you drop someone off close to the Industrial Park where the buses are? Is the off ramp to Milford backed up off highway 495?
Any info in regards to these questions would be appreciated.
