Help! I need to add more running types... (Read 555 times)

    Okay. I'm horrible at computers. Cry So I need your help! How do you add more kinds of running types to your workouts? (i.e. easy, tempo, fartlek, long... all those.) I want to add "warm-up." And I can't find where to do it! Confused
    Running is like Mouthwash; if you feel the burn, it's working.
      In the upper right of your screen - click Options->My Log Preferences->Running.

      When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
