Ok my friends show their workouts on their facebook page.

How in the world do I go from this site to facebook.com with my runningahead information?

this should get you to the facebook app. if not just do a search for it from your facebook homepage. you will have to adjust the app settings to display workouts automatically after you upload. enjoy.
