New Year Celebrations (Read 520 times)

I have to work tonight, the wife and kids will be hanging out at the neighbors doing the bonfire/fireworks thing. I'll be chasing "shots fired" calls all night; lots of which will be legitimate. I cannot for the life of me understand why people think shooting their firearms straight up in the air is a good idea. We have a large Mexican population in the town I work in, and apparently gravity is a concept that eludes them after consuming numerous cervezas.

We did, thank you. Not one report of someone or even something being struck by gunfire, despite the large volume of expended rounds. Utterly amazing.
