      Mizuno Breath Thermo gloves are amazing. The material actually warms up as you do and keeps you comfortable rather than dealing with icicle sweat. Actually the whole Breath Thermo line is amazing. Pricey but worth it.

        My hands get cold pretty easily too, so I've tried quite a few different options. I agree that mittens keep your hands warmer than gloves, and Saucony mittens are the best I've found. They are water and wind-resistant, have a comfortable soft lining, and have enough room that I can wear liner gloves underneath if it is really cold/windy. They've got a little reflective stuff on them, which comes in handy for those of us out predawn.
