Miles, miles, miles.

You don't run nearly enough miles to come remotely close to your potential. Also, I believe you should slow down the pace on all but 2 of your weekly runs and gradually make them longer.

40's - 5k 16:39; 10k 33:48, HM 1:15:27, Marathon 2:43:12
50's - couch potato
60's - 5k 19:02, 10k 38:35, HM 1:26:33, 30k 2:06:26
