I thought it was too cold to practice barefoot running this time of year. Maybe not Big grin

only a pair of shorts and a hat, judging by the video? but even with that minor correction, that's crazy but I also remember Lynn Cox writing about her core temperature rising before and during swimming in cold or arctic water

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
