uploading question (Read 355 times)

Hi - I am trying to upload workouts from a droid app "Running Log" - the file is a csv but RunningAhead will not take it...it is not in the proper format...it would be easy for me to put the columns into the proper format if I knew what that format was/looked like - any ideas most welcome.
