A Hadd Thread (Read 484 times)

A couple of years ago you couldn't throw a rock in a forum like this without hitting a Hadd thread or two. Has Hadd gone out of style? Hadd's training places a big emphasis on long, slow, aerobic training to build a good base. This seems to fit in with the training style of Pfitzinger and others, but often when it comes up in a forum like this one it seems to be portrayed as controversial. I've had a lot of success with Hadd in the past, and now, after a rocky year of never quite getting into the shape I wanted to, I'm heading back to some Hadd-style base building. Any other Hadd fans left out there?
