Time zone correction for Kabul

In the setting the time zone for kabul in incorrect. It should be +4:30.

Well, hell Kevin, if you're in Kabul, the RA timezone converter is the least of your worries.

I know, Right....I have bigger issues like where is the best place to strap on a M9 pistol while you run.

It turned out to be a display problem. The underlying time zone is set to +4:30. I will have it fixed in the next update.
