How to Enter Basketball in the Running Log (Read 611 times)

    I play basketball every Thurs. morning.  We play full court on a regulation court too (84 feet long).  It's  a lot of running for about 30 minutes, and I get much more tired doing this than a 30 minute easy distance run.  How should I enter this in the log?  Suggestions? I purposely push the ball when I get a rebound, and always hustle back on defense to make it a good workout.

      Add it as a custom workout maybe?
