Reset Training Log? (Read 221 times)

I had a year ago a log on runnersworld.com. Is there anyone can teach me how to import that data to runninAHEAD?

If you take a look into the Tools option in your RunningAhead log, there is an option to import data downloaded from a runnersworld log.

Training Log -> Tools -> Import Training Data to RunningAhead -> Data Source = Runners World...

i have tried but won`t work. there are some bugs in Runners world file. I don`t know what to do. Sorry for my english...

Recommend you email your runnersworld file to 'support@runningahead.com'  and ask for help importing it. Include your Runningahead username information in the email and information as to whether you want existing Runningahead log data preserved or replaced.
