Massive Build Up On Ball Of Foot (Read 525 times)

I've been running steadily for six months, about 35 miles per week. I am training for my first HM in May. I have noticed that on the ball of my foot between my big toe and second toe a hard lump of something solid. It is kinda of painful, but kinda not. It does not move when I push it around. What is this?
