has anyone read The Looniness of the Long Distance Runner An unfit Londoner's attempt to run the NYC Marathon from scratch

I am too busy to get through the entire thing, so I wanted to ask if he did in fact go through the entire marathon from scratch
It seems to be an interesting read, but I just don't have the time.
Thanks |
