I just ran the Bulldog 25k this morning. I came in at 2:53:54!! I made it in less than 3 hours! This is a really tough race with some brutal uphill, and equally brutal downhill sections. The elevation change is over 4000ft. Anyway, I'm very happy (and sore), so I thought I'd share.
