I ran a 4mile race this past weekend, how do I get it to show in my PR list?

Jen, The PR script shows typical distances by default. To show all distances, add "?all=1" (without the quotes) to the end of that blob of stuff in the script: < script="" type="text/javascript" src="http://beta.runningahead.com/scripts/< user id>/records<b>?all=1</b>" />
