They are the street version of the spike made for Usain bolt. It looks the same as the Puma H - Street. I have ran up to 20 miles in the H-street.
What is the longest road race you would do in these shoes. I guess it depends on your Height weight ratio and your speed.
From a practical standpoint - there doesn't look to be much in terms of forefoot cushioning, so I would maybe be able to go 5k and then my bones would hate me.
From a looks/coolness standpoint - I'd run a marathon in them.
