That is a great way of looking at progress (or lack of) In my case I am out with an injury but will be back next week catching the rabbit
Run like you are on fire!
5K goal 24:00 or less (PR 24:34)
10K goal 50:00 or less (PR 52:45)
HM goal 1:55:00 or less (PR 2:03:02)
Marathon Goal...Less than my PR (PR 4:33:23)

You're going to be a hurtin' gal tomorrow. Still, moving around tomorrow's your best bet for helping flush that lactic acid out. Don't try anything hard, but get out there with an easy jog, walking, eliptical trainer, or
something
