I got that elsewhere, but didn't know whether questions 9 & 11 were to be answered from point-of-view of day of first marathon, or from right now, so I gave up.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Somebody affiliated with the Philadelphia Marathon sent a survey with questions very similar. It wasn't the same survey but the questions and content were all the same kind of stuff.
