Say I have a 5 mile course. I ran it twice (two 5 mile laps) as a 10 miles run.
How do I enter that in a workout - Just by manually changing the Distance field, or is there an automatic way?
Thanks!

You could use the intervals section in the workout and than you could record the times and distances of each segment of the run, whether they were the same distance or not.

uhm, thanks.
I guess the question didn't really make much sense. To record intervals, you need to track them, which I didn't.
The question was more about how to overrule default course distance, which I guess I answered myself
