5 plus HOA. Trying to find a good Ultra pace. Nate Smith and Yvonne ran with me. Yvonne ran to the top of Easley Hill and Nate ran the whole 26.2 with me. I ran 5 before the Marathon. Today was a lot of fun. In my training I jumped my long run from 14 miles to 20 miles in one week then up to 31 the next week. I wasnt sure I had the fitness to even do this. But I did it and I didnt suffer to much. The impact of the road really took its toll on me today. Ive been running on trail so long. Man the road hurt. :) My knees and bones in my feet are feeling it. :) Pretty good run. And a ton of fun. Also Thanks to Karen Hodges and Amanda Garrison for being out there today.
