I started out really slow (10 min. pace) due to having ran my longest run since RBR in October yesterday. I was unsure how my body would respond because I havent been putting in many miles. After a couple miles I started gradually picking up the pace. After about 4.5 miles I was feeling pretty good so I started running intervals.(just to see how I felt) to my surprise I was feeling good. When I only had a mile left I decided to see what I had. I put in about 90% effort and ended up running the last mile at 6.08 pace. What started out being just getting in some miles turned into a really awesome run.
