I ran the first mile @ 8:41,then 10:00,12:08,9:24,13:37,13:58,11:44. I had no energy today. My legs were toast from yesterdays track workout. I walked several times during this run. Probably about 1 and1/2 miles of it. When I was done I was starving. I went straight to B&B Bagel and I couldnt hardly get there fast enough. Today was tough. If anything it was really good mental training. I didnt want to run so thats why I ran.
